Art Equipment provides full spares and service backup for ALL of the machines that we manufacture. We also service and maintain a large number of other manufacturers machinery and can, source or produce parts for other makes of machines, including machines that are no longer manufactured.
We can maintain service and repair Albion and, Columbian Presses, Etching Presses of other manufacturers such as Hunter Penrose / Littlejohn, Hughes and Kimber, Rochat, and Rolloco. Also, direct litho and offset litho, including both hand-operated and powered flatbed proof presses.
Art Equipment has a well-equipped workshop with Machining & welding facilities, which enables us to produce machined or fabricated parts, in-house. This means that if any parts are required, that is not available from the manufacturer of the machine, they can often be produced by ourselves.
We can also produce patterns to have castings manufactured in the event of a broken or cracked casting. Art Equipment also has experienced Engineers, capable of repairing faults on many machines within their field. Including electrical faults on silkscreen exposure units and powered proof presses.
Routine maintenance contracts can be carried out, to keep machines running correctly and to identify early, any potential problems that may occur, preventing machine breakdown and loss of production.
